The only sweet AOC Rosé in the world and the second AOC in France. The Cabernet d'Anjou is very typical and elegant. You can smell its delicate and spicy bouquet and be surprised by its sweetness in mouth


80% Cabernet Franc

20% Cabernet Sauvignon 

Food pairing 

Cabernet d'Anjou is good in aperitif, with asian or/ and spicy foods. It will be excellent also on pastry

Terroir & Vines 

It is very typical from Cabernet Grapes.

Our advices

You'd better drink it in its youth (more freshness and fruit) but you can keep it for two or three years and serve it at 8-10°C.
