Appellations Controled in the heart of the Loire Valley
With its expertise, the Domaine viticole de Terrebrune has a wide range of grape varieties to produce fine quality wines. The richness of the soils specific to the region and the ideal weather conditions of the temperate oceanic type ensure that the vine can flourish over the years.
Winegrower since 1986, the Domaine offers a diversified production of red wine, rosé wine, dry and weet white wine and spakling rosé and white wine thank to the grape varieties presents on the vineyard.
The richness of the soil encourage the vinification of sweet white wine (Bonnezeaux, Coteaux du Layon & Coteaux de l’Aubance) thanks to our parcels located on hills, an over-maturité of the harvest and the famous grape variety : the chenin. The Chenin, in other words the Pinot de la Loire promotes delicate sweet white wine, with a nice power in the mouth and floral aromas.
The Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Sauvignon are also present for the elaboration of red wines. From soft and fruity wine to voluminous and with a powerfull structure and a rich tannins, these grapes varieties brings us the harmony of the Domaine de Terrebrune with complex aromas that will delight every wine lover.
The Grolleau and Gamay assure our Rosés wines for some of them joined by Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon. Grolleau and Gamay are fruity, fresh and typed on citrus grape varieties. They give us sweet rosé whine such as Cabernet d’Anjou or Rosé d’Anjou as dry and lively rosé win like Rosé de Loire.
Finally, Chardonnay is grown to our Cremant de Loire, a sparkling white wine and our dry white wine.
Furthermore our production receives the certification HVE (High Environmental Value) which emphasizes our engagement to the environment
In addition to the homogeneous characteristics common to the wines produced, all benefits of a deep color, delicate aromas of red fruits or white flowers and fine tannins. Each wine fits perfectly with your favourite recipes based on meat, fish, spicy or sweet/salty dishes and not to mention desserts.
